Building systems
that outlast me.
Right now that means Treetop ABA. PE-backed, three brands, ten states. I build the systems that acquire patients and therapists without breaking the brand or the budget.
Before this: crypto, fintech, media, agency. Every chapter taught me something the next one needed. The thread is always the same. Find the mess, build the system, make it scale.
I think in flywheels. Every input feeds the next output. That's how you grow without breaking.
What I Believe
Systems beat hustle every time.
Anyone can work hard. Very few build things that work without them in the room.
Gut first. Data second. System third.
That's the order. Learn it, trust it, stop fighting it.
Give away the real stuff for free.
Gatekeeping is for people who don't have more to give.
God is watching even when no one else is.
My ethical floor isn't my reputation or what's legal. It's something older than that.
See the end, then figure out the path.
Most people plan their way into hesitation. I'd rather move toward the outcome and sort the route out mid-flight.
How I Got Here
Started building at 14.
Knocked on doors offering free Google Ads for 90 days. One client out of three stayed. That was enough.
Got into crypto and AI. Started a consulting and media firm.
Grew a Twitter account from zero to ten thousand in 90 days. Built NFTuence. Launched a podcast. Got on stages.
Full agency. Marketing, content, smart contracts, blockchain dev. Then stepped back on purpose. I wanted work that would outlast a news cycle.
Healthcare. Built marketing from scratch at an ABA therapy company. Hired the team, replaced the vendors, launched new states.
CMO at Treetop ABA. PE-backed. Three brands. Ten states.
Building AI agent infrastructure on the side. Memory systems, context architecture, cross-model, cross-platform.

Why I started building my own AI infrastructure instead of waiting for someone else to get it right.

Why having an ethical floor that isn't reputation or legality makes you a better builder.
EssayI Don't Know What I'm Doing
On skip thinking, the gap between good days and bad days, and why looking like you have it figured out is its own kind of trap.
